Function jzazbzToLCh

jzazbzToLCh(color: JzAzBzColor, peakLuminance?: number): LChColor
Converts a color from JzAzBz to CIE LCh color space.

This function first converts the JzAzBz color to XYZ, then from XYZ to LCh.
Parameters
- color: JzAzBzColor
  The JzAzBz color to convert
- OptionalpeakLuminance: number = 10000
  The peak luminance of the display, in nits
Returns LChColor
The color in LCh space
